The beautiful apartment in La Mata consists of a living room with an American kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, a terrace and a small patio. Capacity is for 6 people (2 King-size beds and 2 single beds). It is located in an ideal area for families, very quiet. It is located on the ground floor.
An apartment is located in a gated community, where there is a communal + children's pool. Upstairs on the roof - communal area with barbecue. The apartment is nice, comfortable, furnished, and has 96 m². It has a view to the east.
The apartment is equipped with central air conditioning (hot / cold) throughout the apartment. The apartments have everything you need: WiFi, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, bed linen and towels for each person, TV.
In the kitchen: coffee maker, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, toaster, crockery (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses, etc.), dishwasher.
It is located very close to the sandy beach "Playa La Mata” (150m), 500m from the town center. In 4 minutes walking there are many restaurants and cafes. Right next to it is a Wednesday market area and supermarkets (600m) You can have a good time walking along the embankment at night.
Alicante-Elche Airport is located in 41 km and Torrevieja Bus Station - in 5 km.
