It is located in a private urbanization, close to all services and public transport.
The beach is less than 10 minutes walk, La Zenia Boulevard shopping center is less than 15 minutes walk.
In the urbanization there is a large community pool and green nice areas.
The Apartment is decorated in a modern style and very well equipped. They have a very large terrace with open views and the sea, half of which is closed with glass and half open, which makes this terrace wonderful because you can also enjoy it on cooler nights.
A big advantage of the apartment is its location. It is an ideal place for recreation throughout the year.
Orihuela Costa has a excellent climatic conditions that allows you to enjoy the beaches, practice water sports or play golf throughout the year.
