Hay una piscina comunitaria dentro de la urbanización y una piscina infantil rodeada por una zona con hierba natural y jardines con palmeras que te harán sentir que estás en el paraíso.
En la terraza en el techo, hay una mesa con sillas y sombra con vistas a l mar, donde podreís comer bajo la sombra disfrutando de las brisas del mar o tomar el sol con vuestra privacidad.
De los utensilios, tienen una cocina totalmente equipada, muebles nuevos, una lavadora, una plancha, y un televisor.
También tienen una plaza de aparcamiento privado en un garaje que será muy conveniente para los que quieran alquilar un coche.
