This wonderful bungalow consists of 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a bunk bed for 5 people on the 2nd floor, a living room with sofas and a kitchen on the first floor, a bathroom with a bathtub upstairs and a bathroom with a shower downstairs and 2 large terraces (one covered and another open).
It has the capacity for up to 5 people and is quite large, making it ideal for families.
In the bungalow there is a well-equipped kitchen, a washing machine, an iron and a TV, Wifi; and 2 hot/cold air conditioning in the living room and one bedroom - everything you need to make you feel at home.
It is located in Torrevieja (TorreLaMata neighborhood), to the sea only about 950 meters away from Cabo Cervera Beach, it has a very large community pool, community barbecue area and tennis courts that are open in summer.
It has a quiet place, but with many restaurants, cafeterias and supermarkets. Therefore it is very comfortable to settle there due to its proximity to services.
Near the bungalow there is a promenade, where you could take a walk on a nice afternoon.
